Schedule a Visit

Add a visit to your calendar for a job.

Prerequisites

  • Existing job

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Calendar from the left sidebar
  2. Click on a time slot, or click + New Visit
  3. Select a job from the dropdown
  4. Set the date and time
  5. Set the duration (end time)
  6. Assign technicians (optional)
  7. Click Schedule Visit

Expected Behavior

  • Visit appears on calendar
  • Visit is linked to the job
  • Assigned technicians can see the visit

Common Mistakes

  • Double-booking - check calendar for conflicts
  • Wrong date selected - verify the date before saving
