Create a Job

Create a new job to track work for a customer.

Prerequisites

  • At least one customer in your account

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Jobs from the left sidebar
  2. Click + New Job
  3. Select a customer from the dropdown
  4. Enter a job title (e.g., "AC Repair", "Plumbing Installation")
  5. Add a description (optional)
  6. Select a service address
  7. Click Create Job

Expected Behavior

  • Job is created in "Draft" status
  • Job appears in your jobs list
  • You can now schedule visits for this job

Common Mistakes

  • Not selecting service address - needed for scheduling
  • Creating duplicate jobs - check existing jobs first
