Create a Customer

Add a new customer to your Free Service Pro account.
Prerequisites
- Logged into Free Service Pro
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Customers from the left sidebar
- Click the + New Customer button in the top right
- Enter the customer's name (required)
- Enter email address (optional but recommended)
- Enter phone number (optional but recommended)
- Add a service address:
- Click "Add Address"
- Enter street address, city, state, and zip code
- Click Create Customer
Expected Behavior
- Customer appears in your customer list
- Customer can now be selected when creating jobs, estimates, or invoices
Common Mistakes
- Not adding contact information - you won't be able to send estimates/invoices
- Forgetting to add service address - needed for scheduling visits
